A workplace culture that promotes wellness will benefit employee's, their families, and employer. Programs that address modifiable lifestyle factors of diet, exercise and smoking will affect a positive change at all levels of the organization. Nico Pronk, of HealthPartners Center for Health Promotion looks at wellness programs from this perspective. "Such programs are able to keep people more functional and on-the-job. Although this is certainly important from an employer's perspective, the ultimate winner is the individual who enjoys better health on a daily basis."

Stephanie-
Thank you very much for doing the consultations and lunch time presentation for our Health Fair. The feedback has been fantastic. Employees are still talking about what is in the foods that they are eating and posting articles from the newspaper on our bulletin boards relating to eating right. You have helped start our Wellness Committee off on the right foot.
C. O'Neill, Human Resources Administration

Attending Stephanie's seminar made me see that every time I put food in my mouth I am making a choice about my health and my future.
Barbara DeCamp

Thank you for your lively and very informative presentation. We certainly enjoyed it!
Jane Rhoe-Jones, The American Red Cross
