HEALTHY RECIPES:
Cranberries and Soy nuts: Mix equal parts of each (dried cranberries).

Trail Mix: Mix together equal parts of toasted cashews, toasted almonds and white or dark raisins. While the nuts are still warm, mix in one bag of organic chocolate chips and stir until chips are mixed in well. Freeze this mixture. After the mixture has cooled, store in plastic bags.
