NUMBER ONE, MOST IMPORTANT – Live in Love.
It sounds very simple but it can be a challenge. All emotions and feelings come from either love or fear. Emotions, feelings and thoughts that emulate from love: compassion, joy, kindness and the like. Emotions and feelings that stem from fear: anger, greed, resentment and the like. Each moment you are living either one or the other. Consciously work to cultivate feelings of love because what you think about, you attract. If you are feeling angry, that is what you attract. If you are feeling kind, that is what you attract. With your thoughts you create your reality. Fear feeds on ego. Kill the ego; then the fear will transform to love.


2. Begin each day with thanks and proper intention. “Thank you spirit for this day. Please guide me and lead me in the way in which I can be of greatest service to you today.”

3. Spend a 1-3 minutes in the morning doing a self-massage of the ears, hands and feet. This will stimulate the acupuncture points in the entire body and help wake the system up.

4. Most days, exercise. Stretching is very important. Break a sweat to detoxify. Find an exercise routine that you like and that is convenient.

5. Most days, practice some type of stress reduction technique. Pick a technique that you resonate with.

6. Most days, spend at least at least a few minutes out in nature. Being outside in nature is very grounding and will help you achieve inner balance and serenity.

7. Most days, eat a whole foods diet.

8. Create a healthy home environment. Be conscious of the self care and cleaning products that you use. Many products contain harmful substances that can upset the body.

9. Invest in water and air purifiers for the home.

10. Each week give yourself a facial:

  • Clean your face well
  • Mix 1 egg and 1 T. of olive oil together in a glass bowl. Smear over entire face and let dry completely.
  • Towel off with warm water
  • Follow with a layer of pure honey smeared over the entire face.
  • Leave on for 10 minutes and then wash off with warm water.
