Begin each day with thanks and proper intention. “Thank you spirit
for this day. Please guide me and lead me in the way in which I can be
of greatest service to you today.”
3. Spend a 1-3 minutes in the morning doing a self-massage of the ears,
hands and feet. This will stimulate the acupuncture points in the entire
body and help wake the system up.
4. Most days, exercise. Stretching is very important. Break a sweat
to detoxify. Find an exercise routine that you like and that is convenient.
5. Most days, practice some type of stress reduction technique. Pick
a technique that you resonate with.
6. Most days, spend at least at least a few minutes out in nature. Being
outside in nature is very grounding and will help you achieve inner balance
and serenity.
7. Most days, eat a whole foods diet.
8. Create a healthy home environment. Be conscious of the self care
and cleaning
products that you use. Many products contain harmful substances that
can upset the body.
9. Invest in water
and air
purifiers for the home.
10. Each week give yourself a facial:
- Clean your face well
- Mix 1 egg and 1 T. of olive oil together in a glass bowl. Smear over
entire face and let dry completely.
- Towel off with warm water
- Follow with a layer of pure honey smeared over the entire face.
- Leave on for 10 minutes and then wash off with warm water.
11. If you want beautiful skin nourish your body from the inside out
and feed your cells the best foods and supplements that are available.
